April 16, Fineko/abc.az. In March 2025, Azerbaijanis took 6th place in the top 10 among foreign citizens by purchasing 66 apartments in Turkey.

ABC.AZ reports that in February, this figure was even higher - Azerbaijani citizens, having bought 87 apartments this month, rose to the 4th place in Top 10.

In January 2025, 50 apartments were bought. Those figures show that February was marked as the period of the greatest activity of Azerbaijani citizens in the Turkish housing market.

Despite a certain decrease in purchases and sales in March, the overall picture is positive compared to the figures for 2024.

In January 2024, 52 apartments were purchased, in February 2024 - 60, and in March 2024 - 57.
