May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Turchin visited the Aghdam Industrial Park during their visit to Fuzuli and Aghdam districts.
ABC.AZ reports that the heads of government got acquainted with the territory of the industrial park and the activities of a number of enterprises.
Notably, the Aghdam Industrial Park was established on the basis of the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated May 28, 2021.
To date, 28 business entities have been registered as residents in the Aghdam Industrial Park, and 4 entrepreneurs as non-residents. It is expected that those enterprises will invest more than 250 million manats in the industrial park and create more than 2,000 jobs. More than 70% of the Aghdam Industrial Park, created on an area of 190 hectares, has been transferred to the use of entrepreneurs. Currently, there are 9 enterprises operating in the Aghdam Industrial Park.
