May 19, Fineko/abc.az. In April 2025, foreigners purchased 1,446 apartments in Turkey (162 apartments, or 12.6% more than in April 2024).

ABC.AZ informs that the largest number of home buyers in Turkey were still Russian citizens. For Jan-Apr 2025, 1,055 apartments were sold to them (599 aparts, or 36.2% less than in the first 4 months of 2024).

In April 2025 alone, Russians bought 276 apartments in Turkey (17 aparts or 5.8% less against April 2024).

The next place was taken by Iranian citizens. From January to April, 576 apartments were sold to Iranians in this country (131 aparts or 18.5% less than a year earlier).

In April, 128 apartments were sold to Iranians (11 aparts, or 9.4% more than in April 2024).

Ukraine closes Top 3. From January to April, Ukrainian citizens owned 424 apartments in Turkey (28 aparts, or 6.2% less than in 4 months of 2024).

In April 2025, Ukrainians bought 120 apartments in Turkey (29 aparts or 31.9% more versus April 2024).
