June 4, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, it is proposed to ban children from accessing TikTok.

ABC.AZ informs that this proposal was made by Elgun Safarov, the head of the department of the State Committee on Family, Women and Children, at the round table "Protecting children in the cyber environment and joint actions against digital threats".

He added that an action plan should be adopted in Azerbaijan to strengthen the protective mechanisms of children related to artificial intelligence.:

"France, Great Britain, etc. have already accepted this plan. At the same time, in some countries, children are prohibited from accessing TikTok. We should also take steps in this direction."
