ABC.AZ informs, quoting the director of investment company Pasha Kapital, Jeyhun Hajiyev, as saying this at a press conference on financial results for 2024.

He noted that last year the number of Pasha Kapital employees increased by 23 people, from 52 to 75.

"Currently, the number of employees of the company is 83 people. By the end of the year, the number of our employees will reach 90-100 people," the director says.

He added that in this regard, in 2024, wage costs increased more than by 1 million manats.

"Last year, expenses relating to employees grew more than by 1 million manats and reached 3.91 million manats. And in 2023, this figure reached 2.59 million manats. Staff costs have increased by 50% during the year," Hajiyev emphasized.
