June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Smart Brain Company LLC (TIN: 2903557611) has published information about a sharp reduction in the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that acording to company's decision, its authorized capital was lowered from 37,668.00 manats to 3,768 manats. As a result of this change, the authorized capital decreased 10-fold, and the total amount of the decline reached 33,900 manats (90% of the overall capital).

In connection with this decision, creditors may submit their claims in writing to the address below within 1 month from the date of publication of the announcement.
