June 18, Fineko/abc.az. The use of AI capabilities has led to a 30-60% reduction in the operating costs of insurance companies in Azerbaijan and a 2-fold reduction in time loss.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan (ASA) that AI led to a 30-40% process optimization, resource savings, and a 2-fold increase in operational flexibility.

"At the next stage, insurance companies operating in our country plan to use the capabilities of AI in such areas as document management automation, initial processing of client requests, preparation of training materials, automatic integration of documents into the system, damage assessment, risk analysis and preparation of individual proposals. AI will also be used for round-the-clock customer support, reducing the burden on operators, in coding tools, personalized product recommendations, predictive analytics, fraud detection, sales optimization and other processes," the ASA noted.
