June 20, Fineko/abc.az. The price of gold is declining almost by 1.5% on Friday morning.

ABC.AZ informs that this is evidenced by the trading data.

As of 10.26 a.m. (Baku time), the price of August’s gold futures on the New York Comex Exchange dropped by $47.58 relative to the previous close, or by 1.4%, to $3,360.52 per troy ounce. July’s silver futures fell by 2.05% to $ 35.608 per ounce.

In general, the whole week is shaping up negatively for gold - it has been getting cheaper by more than 4% since its beginning, while global investors have been following the meetings of financial regulators, as well as evaluating news from the Middle East.
