June 21, Fineko/abc.az. Iran has the right to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.

ABC.AZ informs that Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement, noting that Russia adheres to the position on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. Moscow is ready to provide assistance and support to Tehran in development of a peaceful atom.

According to the president, Iran has repeatedly said that there are no plans to create nuclear weapons.

"There are no signs of the creation of nuclear weapons (by the Iranian authorities) and the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) has no evidence of this either."
