September 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has decided to hold an individual—insurance agent Intizam Hamidov—administratively liable.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the CBA, that during ongoing supervisory activities, the individual, insurance agent Intizam Hamidov, was held administratively liable for violating insurance legislation requirements and fined 1,500 manats in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses.

An insurance agent is a natural or legal person who, on behalf of an insurer and within the authority granted, carries out intermediary activities in concluding, extending, or renewing insurance contracts, as well as in conducting negotiations between the parties.
