September 11, Fineko/abc.az. An Istanbul court has ordered the seizure of assets belonging to more than 120 companies under the Turkish Can Holding, including three television channels, as part of an ongoing investigation.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the state broadcaster TRT Haber on Thursday, that the Istanbul Küçükçekmece District Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation into the holding's management on suspicion of forming a criminal organization, smuggling, fraud, and money laundering.

"As part of the investigation, the court issued arrest warrants for eight senior executives of the holding and ordered the seizure of assets belonging to 121 companies, including the Habertürk and Show TV channels," TRT Haber reported.
