September 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past three and a half years, Ukraine has received more than $145 billion in international financial assistance, with another $8.7 billion missing in 2025, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Finance Minister of Ukraine Sergey Marchenko.

"Given that the conflict continues and challenges to the financial system persist, continued external support is extremely important. In 2025 alone, more than $30.6 billion of external financing has already been attracted, and the demand for the current year is $39.3 billion," the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine quoted him as saying.

Regarding the next budget year, Marchenko stressed that the government continues to direct all domestic financial resources to ensure defense spending, and the state is counting on the help of international partners to cover social costs.
