October 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between German company Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG and joint venture Green Energy Corridor Power Company (GECO) , which manages the project of Black Sea Underwater Energy Cable, envisaging the supply of green energy from Azerbaijan to Georgia and further to Europe.
ABC.AZ reports that the Memo stipulates cooperation in the field of green energy transmission with the use of technology HVDC (high-voltage direct current transmission system).
