October 9th, Fineko/abc.az. The decision was made by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev due to large-scale reforms to introduce modern mechanisms into the work of civil servants.

ABC.AZ informs that the first stream of specialists should be laid off by November 1. At that, the Ministry of Employment & Poverty Reduction has been instructed to help those employees whose positions are subject to reduction find work.

It is already known that the Ministry of Justice will lay off 197 employees, the Tax Committee - 486, the Ministry of Agriculture - 224. In total, in the future, the number of officials who receive salaries from the State Budget will be reduced to 43,332 people.
