October 10, Fineko/abc.az. Diadem OJSC, which is engaged in construction activities in Azerbaijan, ended 2024 with net loss of 5.504 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the company completed 2023 with net profit of 1.856 million manats. So, last year, Diadem's pre-tax loss amounted to 6.88 million manats (there was profit in the previous year), and income tax savings - 1.376 million manats (there was payment in the previous year).

As of January 1, 2025, Diadem's assets totaled 114.408 million manats (11.2% more than a year ago). Company's liabilities increased by 17.2% up to 114.817 million manats and the balance sheet capital of 4.995 million manats gave way to capital deficit of 409,000 manats (i.e., the capital fell to negative values and actually went bankrupt), including the authorized capital increased by 3.3% to 3.101 million manats.

Diadem OJSC was established in 2017. Its shareholders are Elbrus Nabiyev with a 75% stake and Kamala Dostumaliyeva with a 25% stake.
