October 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Asian Development Bank has so far allocated $5.5 bn in financial resources to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that ADB Country Director for Azerbaijan Sunnia Durrani-Jamal said this at the 13th International Caspian Energy Forum.

She added that more than $4 bn of the mentioned financial resources were directed for the public sector and $1.2 bn for the private sector.

Sunnia Durrani-Jamal also noted that over the course of more than 25 years of cooperation, the ADB has allocated funds to Azerbaijan for the development of various sectors, and currently, the development of "green energy" is being considered as one of the promising areas.
