November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2025, the total value of transactions on all financial instruments at the Baku Stock Exchange reached 54.6 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs that the figure is 8.5% higher versus the 2024 same termthan in the same period of 2025.

The total volume of operations on the government securities market for Jan-Oct 2025 amounted to 7.6 billion manats. Of them, 3.2 billion manats were sold in the primary market, and 4.4 billion manats in the secondary market.

The total volume of operations on the notes of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan totaled 1.27 billion manats. Of them, operations for 1.23 billion accounted for the primary market and  for 43.2 million manats for the secondary market.

The total value of transactions at the corporate securities market reached 900.3 million manats. Of this amount, operations for 688.4 million manats were registered in the primary market and for 211.9 million manats at the secondary market. Over Jan-Oct 2025, transactions for 13.1 million manats related to shares and for 198.8 million manats related to bonds.

The total volume of transactions in the mortgage bond market amounted to 1.2 billion manats. Of them, transactions for 550.4 million manats were conducted in the primary market and for 649.7 million in the secondary market.

The significant part of BSE's turnover – 79.9%, or 43.655 billion manats – consisted of repo operations. This figure is 1.9% more than a year earlier. Of them, operations for 31.2 billion manats accounted for government bonds, for 605.4 million manats - for notes of the Central Bank, and for 11.85 billion manats - for operations on corporate securities.

A total of 25,039 transactions were concluded at the capital market for Jan-Oct 2025. The average daily volume of transactions totaled 274.5 million manats and the average daily number of deals was 126.
