November 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2026, the budget expenditures of the State Social Protection Fund (under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population) are projected to amount to 8.483 billion manats (10.5% or 806.6 million manats more than in 2025).

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Draft Law on the Budget of the State Social Protection Fund for 2025, submitted for discussion at today's joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committees on Labor & Social Policy and on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

According to the document, 8.323 billion manats of expenses should be covered from the income of the State Social Fund, and 159.97 million manats from Fund’s unused balance at the end of this year.
