November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 10 months, 26.269 million manats of VAT were refunded to buyers of real estate in Azerbaijan, who paid fully the value of the residential and non-residential premises to the seller by cashless means, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service.

For Jan-Oct 2025, consumers who are individuals were refunded part of the VAT paid in the amount of 156.759 million manats for goods purchased from persons engaged in retail trade or catering activities (with the exception of petroleum products, automobiles, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products), for services rendered in the field of theatrical performances, film screenings, museum visits, and a symphony orchestra concert, as well as for medical services provided by medical institutions and individuals engaged in private medical practice.
