November 13, Fineko/abc.az. Kamil Latifov, the chairman of board at Premium Bank OJSC, has been dismissed, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the bank.

There has not yet been an appointment in his place. The acting chairman is deputy chairman Mahir Najafov. Until January of this year, he was the chairman of Premium Bank, and Latifov was his deputy. They were swapped in January.

Premium Bank was established in 1993 under the name "AZAL Bank", changed its name to "Silk VEY Bank" in 2008, and rebranded in 2018.
