November 20, Fineko/abc.az. Payments to the population will make up 96.6%, or 8.2 billion manats, of the overall expenditures of the State Social Protection Fund, projected for next year.

ABC.AZ informs that MP Musa Guliyev made this statement at the Milli Majlis plenary session during the discussion in the 1st reading of the Draft Law on the Budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund for 2026"

He added that the average monthly amount of labor pensions is projected to be 540.3 manats this year, and 590.2 manats next year: "It is expected that next year the average monthly old-age pension will increase from the current 576 manats to 629 manats. This year and next year, as in previous years, the replacement rate, that is, the ratio of the average monthly pension to the average monthly salary, will be 49.05% and 50.4%, respectively, which will comply with the relevant convention of the International Labor Organization on Minimum Standards of Social Security."

In addition, the MP said that next year costs of co-financing the activities of the Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Security for the organization of social services for the population, as well as for the payment of services for the delivery of pensions and benefits to the population and banking transactions are projected to total 91 million manats.
