ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Tax Service, that the amendments to the Tax Code is being discussed in Parliament. The main purpose of the changes is to stimulate entrepreneurship, optimize the tax burden and strengthen the fight against the “shadow economy". The Tax Service provides the public with a piecemeal justification for these changes.

Although renting apartments to citizens is a taxable operation, there are unofficial operations in this area. In order to formalize the process, it is planned to simplify administration and reduce the tax burden on rental income.
