November 27, Fineko/abc.az. In 2026, the average monthly pension in Azerbaijan is expected to increase up to 590 manats, and the average monthly old-age pension up to 629 manats, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

In 2018-2025, the average monthly pension increased from 208 up to 540 manats, and the average monthly old-age pension from 234 up to 575 manats.

This means that compared to 2018, it was possible to achieve an increase in the average monthly pension by 2.8 times, and the old-age pension by 2.7 times.

At the same time, the financing of pension payments next year will reach 7.993 billion manats (2.3-fold higher than in 2018).
