December 1, Fineko/abc.az. The procedure for assigning labor pensions has changed.

ABC.AZ informs that in accordance withCabinet Ministers’ amendment to the «Procedure for the appointment, accrual, recalculation, transfer and payment of labor pensions from one type to another», the recalculation of the labor pension will be carried out for a working pensioner based on the pension capital accumulated on the insurance part of his individual personal account on the date of application, starting from this date; for a non-working pensioner - starting from the day when he passes into the category of non-working pensioners, but with payment for no more than three years preceding the date of application.

Recalculation of the labor pension for persons to whom superannuation allowances are paid or suspended in the amount of 50% due to their dismissal will be carried out on the basis of a salary certificate (state salary).

Based on the above-said, the highest of the recalculated pension amounts will be paid.
