December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijan exported 2,247.9 tons of carrots and turnips (fresh and chilled) for $1.44 million (1.1% less in value terms and 5% less in quantity), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee.

Azerbaijan exported 1,267 tons (-18%) of products to Russia for $471,400 (36% less than a year earlier), 509 tons (-2%) to Ukraine for $255,000 (+51%), 343 tons (+2-fold) to Belarus for $244,000 (+3.5-fold), 72.7 tons to Moldova for $37,500, 56 tons (-55%) to Saudi Arabia for $18,500 (-40%).

Azerbaijan resumed supplies to Moldova after a 4-year and 10-month break.

In 2024, 65% of 2,360 tons of carrots and turnips exported from Azerbaijan accounted for Russia.
