Dutch startup created energy-efficient AI chip for data centers

December 11, Fineko/abc.az. Dutch startup Euclyd has developed an artificial intelligence microprocessor for neural networks that consumes 100-fold less energy than similar Nvidia processors.

ABC.AZ reports that the chip reduces the number of server racks and is designed for large companies working with confidential industrial and military data.

Samsung is launching its first production line in South Korea, and commercial shipments of the chips are planned for the end of 2027.
