December 12, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Azerbaijan Rigs LLC has been reduced.

ABC.AZ informs that Azerbaijan Rigs LLC has announced the reduction of its authorized capital from 950 million to 880 million manats, returning 70 million manats of the authorized capital to the founders.

The LLC was registered in 2013, and its legal representative is Azer Veliyev.

Azerbaijan Rigs LLC is a company created to meet the demand for modern drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry. Its founders are the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan.
