December 16, Fineko/abc.az. For the past 11 months of 2025, Azerbaijan exported 158,300 tons of tomatoes for $175.4 million, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Customs Committee.

Tomato exports grew by $20.1 million (or 12.9%) and by 28,500 tons (or 21.9%) in quantitative terms against Jan-Nov 2024 (129,800 tons for $155.4 million). The average price per kg this year was 1.88 manats compared with 2.03 manats in 2024, which is 7.4% cheaper.

The share of tomatoes in overall exports was 0.75% and in non-oil exports - 5.29% (in 2024 - 0.64% and 5.03%, respectively).
