President of Belarus signs a decree on creation of cryptobanks

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. Today, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree on crypto banks.

ABC.AZ reports that activities of such organizations will be regulated in compliance with special rules.
