January 22, Fineko/abc.az. Our country exported 85,200 tons of sugar for $60.5 million last year.

ABC.AZ informs that compared with 2024, sugar exports grew by $22 million, or 57.2%, in value terms, and by 34,400 tons, or 67.7%, in quantitative terms.

In 2024, Azerbaijan exported 50,800 tons of sugar for $38.5 million.

By the end of 2025, the average export price of 1 kg of sugar exported by Azerbaijan reached 1.21 manats (in 2024 - 1.29 manats). This means a drop of 8 gapiks or 6.2% year-on-year.
