January 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has concluded a lease agreement for non-residential premises.

ABC.AZ informs that the Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has reached an agreement with Faktor Qrup-S-1 CJSC on the lease of non-residential premises.

The leased facilities are located in Baku, Nizami district, on Heydar Aliyev Avenue.

One of the non–residential premises is located in building number 181A with overall area of 6,700 sq m, the other is in building number 189C with total area of 175 sq m. The total amount of the agreement is 1,496,760 manats.
