February 3, Fineko/abc.az. Among the requests received by call center 916 in 2025, the largest number of complaints related to utility problems, ABC.AZ informs referring to the Office of the Ombudsman.

According to statistical data, the number of requests on utility problems reached 1,172. Thus, 1,171 requests for targeted state social assistance were received by a small margin. Other top ten complaints included issues of examination and treatment (755), the activities of the State Traffic Police (712), cases of biased investigation and investigation (702), non-enforcement of court decisions (627), disability determination (616), unregistered treatment (602), alimony issues (602) and employment (599).

In addition, the areas where the lowest number of requests was registered in the statistics were revealed. Thus, 46 appeals were received on migration issues, 37 ones on child abuse, 31 ones on customs issues, 22 on non-compliance with court decisions and 13 on sexual violence.
