February 3, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, and undocumented registered bonds of NBCO Regional LLC has been held today at the Baku Stock Exchange for 1 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the BSE, that 10,000 bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each were placed as part of the mass offering. 55 investors participated in the auction, who submitted 55 bids for totally 1 million manats. As a result, the placement was completed in full.

The term of circulation of securities is 3 years. The annual return is 16%. Interest payments will be made monthly. The underwriter of the issue is investment company Xalq Kapital CJSC.

The issuer undertakes to redeem the securities at the price not lower than their face value during the circulation period.
