February 11, Fineko/abc.az. Commerzbank reported a record operating result for 2025 of €4.5 bn (+18%), exceeding targets. Net profit reached €2.6 bn, despite €562 million of restructuring costs.

ABC.AZ informs that revenue grew by 10% up to €12.2 bn due to a 7% rise in commission income (to €4 bn) and strong results from mBank. Net interest income remained stable at €8.2 bn. The corporate loan portfolio increased by 10%.

The bank will send approx. €2.7 bn to shareholders, which is almost €1 bn more than a year earlier. The dividends will amount to €1.10 per share, and share repurchases of €1.54 bn are also planned.

In 2026, Commerzbank expects net profit above €3.2 bn and a further increase in commission income.
