February 11, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is a leader in the South Caucasus in preparing for the introduction of artificial intelligence, and in the region of South and Central Asia it is among the top five.

ABC.AZ informs that Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samir Mammadov made the relevant statement at a forum in Baku.

Mammadov says that according to index Oxford Insights, Azerbaijan has risen by 42 positions by the end of 2025 and occupied 69 positions among 195 countries.

Mammadov noted that tax and social benefits are expanding for technopark residents: "Profit, income, property and land tax benefits strengthen the financial stability of resident companies and create conditions for faster development."

He called on Turkish companies to take advantage of the opportunities of the Azerbaijan technopark, stating that the goal is to create a real and result-oriented technological bridge between the digital ecosystems of the two countries.
