February 11, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2026, investments in Azerbaijan's fixed assets amounted to 1.405 bn manats (75.6% more versus January 2024), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

Investments in the oil & gas sector grew by 78.3% and in the non-oil/gas sector by 73.9%.

In January, 758.6 million manats or 54% of investments were made in the manufacturing sector, 551 million manats or 39.2% in the service sector, 96.3 million manats or 6.8% in the construction of residential buildings.

Last month, 1.4 billion manats or 71.4% of all capital investments accounted for domestic investments.

According to statistical data, 577.2 million manats, or 41.1% of investments in fixed assets, were allocated for construction & installation works.
