February 11, Fineko/abc.az. Last month, consumer prices for non-food products grew by 1.3% compared with December.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the largest price increases among non-food products were recorded for fabrics, wallpaper, plastic windows, laminate flooring, cement, tables and chairs, carpets, heating equipment, small electrical appliances, AI-92 gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oil, mobile phones, newspapers and jewelry. The drop in prices was observed for cutting boards, refrigerators, air conditioners and tablet computers. There were no significant price changes for other non-food products.

Prices for paid services for the population increased by 1.9% in January compared with December. The growth was mainly in electricity and natural gas, medical and dental services, taxis, hairdressers, as well as restaurant and cafe services. The decrease in prices was registered on delivery of goods and international air transportation of passengers. There were no significant changes to the other paid services.
