February 11, Fineko/abc.az. Today, BP has announced the sale of a 10% stake in Shafag Jabrayil Solar Limited (SJSL) to MVM Energetika Zrt.

ABC.AZ was informed at BP that it is expected that this further strengthens the partnership in a joint venture financing an important solar energy project being implemented by BP in Jabrayil district.

Thus, the shares in the Shafag (Şəfəq) solar energy project are currently as follows: bp 40.01%, SOCAR Green 39.99%, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABIF) 10% and MVM 10%.
