March 3, Fineko/abc.az. The next plenary session of the Milli Majlis is taking place on March 3.

ABC.AZ reports that the following eight issues are included in the agenda of the meeting:

1. Annual report of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) on the protection of human rights in the country in 2025;

2. Draft Law "On the Rights of the Child" (3rd reading);

3. Draft Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, the Family Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Laws "On Youth Policy", "On Approval of the Regulations on Commissions for the Protection of Children's Rights", "On the Prevention of Neglect & Juvenile Delinquency", "On Physical Education & Sports", "On Social Services", "On Advertising", "On the Restriction of the Use of Tobacco Products", "On the Protection of Children from Harmful Information" and "On the Media" (3rd reading);

4. Draft Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure (3rd reading);

5. Draft Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences (3rd reading);

6. Draft Amendments to the Law "On Motor Transport" (3rd reading);

7. Draft Amendments to the Labor Code, the Penal Enforcement Code, the Laws "On Defense", "On Veterans", "On Approval of the Charter of the Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan", "On approval of the Regulations on Military Service", "On Police", "On Approval of the Regulations on the Application of the Law "On Registration at the Place of Residence & Location" and "On Physical Education & Sports";

8. Draft Amendments to the Laws on approval of the Regulations "On military service" and "On Military Duty & Military Service".
