March 4, Fineko/abc.az. As of February 1, 2026, the banks in Azerbaijan received 120.7 million manats within 209,300 transactions with use of fast money transfer systems.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that compared with January 2025, the number of transactions decreased by 2,600, or 1.2%, while the volume of funds grew by 24.3 million manats, or 25.2%.

The average amount of one payment was 576.5 manats (121.7 manats, or 26.8% more than on February 1, 2025).

At the same time, as of February 1, 2026, 57,300 transactions for 36.4 million manats were sent from banks outside the country through rapid transfer systems. The figure is 25,900 transactions, or 31.1% less in number, but 100,000 manats, or 0.3% more in volume versus the same period in 2025.

The average amount of one transfer outside banks was 635.7 manats (199.7 manats, or 45.8% more than on February 1, 2025).
