March 5, Fineko/abc.az. Within the vision of development of Azerbaijan 2030, a new package of measures is being prepared for 2027-30, which has already been discussed in the Economic Council of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov made this statement during his speech at the forum on the theme "Looking into the future of the tax system: a new management model and data-based solutions".

He stressed that the document provides for such areas as the formation of an export-oriented economy, expanding access to credit resources and the application of innovative approaches in economic policy.

The minister also noted that in order to enter new markets for non-oil and gas products and strengthen positions in existing markets, it is planned to expand trade partnerships, as well as make more active use of the opportunities of the Alat Free Economic Zone and the transport and logistics infrastructure.

He added that macroeconomic stability, protection of investors' rights and a favorable business climate in Azerbaijan make the country one of the reliable investment spaces in the region. The minister added that amid the observed positive trends in the economy, there are positive forecasts for raising country's sovereign credit rating to investment grade.
