Azerenerji to spend 6.6 million manats on upgrade of power transmission lines in Nakhchivan

March 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s electricity producer and distributor Azerenerji OJSC has signed a contract for 6.6 million manats for the renewal of a 110 kV power transmission line.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerenerji has carried out purchase for the renewal of power transmission lines extending from the Nakhchivan Sheher substation with voltage of 110 kV.

The winner of the purchase was AzConstruction CJSC.

The 110 kV transmission line extending from Nakhchivan Sheher substation will also be replaced with a cable line. As part of the project, the existing overhead line will be replaced by a cable one.

The value of the purchase & sale agreement is 6.664 million manats.
